This condo has a queen bed, central AC, FREE WIFI and cable TV.  There is a sliding divider between the living area & bedroom for extra privacy.  Don’t forget about the Friday night firework show, which you’ll be able to watch from the lanai.     Ilikai Marina is at the gateway of Waikiki at 1765 Ala Moana Boulevard.  Located right around the corner from the Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Center and-of course-Waikiki Beach.  There is a shared & paid laundry facility on the 8th floor.  Parking is available in the building for an additional cost.  The Ilikai Marina is perfect for snowbirds looking for an escape during the winter months, workers on temporary assignment, or residents relocating to Honolulu for work as the condos are fully furnished & ready for move in. Waikiki’s large, white-sand beaches are minutes away. Ala Moana Beach Park is just a five-minute saunter away. World-renowned Ala Moana Shopping Center is only a ten-minute walk.

Taking the street route, you can stroll through Waikiki, passing world-class stores. The beach route takes you from the Ilikai Marina, past Fort DeRussy and the Army Museum, to the historic Royal Hawaiian Hotel where you can relax with a cool drink and listen to traditional Hawaiian music in the evening. There’s also an abundance of night life in Waikiki! The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays.  We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
